If for any reason you are unhappy with your order and would like a refund or exchange then please return it to us within 14 working days of receipt and in new, unused condition for a full refund, excluding any delivery charges.

Cleaning and care

Washing

Shake off any loose debris then either hand wash with a light detergent or pop them (cushion covers only, not the inner) in the washing machine on a cold or warm cycle using non-biological washing detergent.

Allow to air dry naturally. Do not dry clean or tumble dry.

Microfibers

While the majority of our products are fully machine washable, we urge you to only do so when they really need it. This small step will significantly reduce the impact of microfiber shedding and prolong the life of your products. Read more about that here: Tackling Microfibers.

Pilling

Our recycled plastic yarn is designed to look and feel every bit as soft and luxurious as wool and cotton. That means some pilling may occur over time.

As with all products that pill after use, we recommend using a pilling comb or fabric trimmer as and where needed.

These tieback seat pads are a great addition to any hard chair. Added to the dining room, they are a great way to add comfort when gathered around the table. Made from 100% recycled plastic, they can also be used in the garden to make cold benches or uncomfortable wicker chairs feel more welcoming to sit on.

Nice solution

I have used these on my dining chairs to replace normal cushions which were always slipping off, especially when wriggly children sat on them. We find them supportive and quite comfortable. I like the fact that they are made from old bottles, and looking at the manufacturing process am not surprised that they are quite expensive. Am happy with purchase.

Very uncomfortable, though they look lovely!

I hate to say it but these cushions are very uncomfortable. The stuffing has no give in it and therefore they are extremely uncomfortable to sit on because it feels like you're sitting on little humps. Have tried, but they're not getting any softer, so will have to relegate them to being used as scatter cushions on the garden benches in the summer, rather than everyday kitchen chair pads. Waste of quite a lot of money. Very disappointed.

Thank you for your valued feedback. The inner pads for all of our cushions are made from the same recycled PET fibres and are filled generously for support, but we are sorry to hear you feel it is too full and resulted in them being uncomfortable. We will feed this back to our product design team.
